The Technical Support Team at Decision Support Technology will walk the customer through the setup of their new fixed asset system over the telephone. The setup process, which consists of the installation of Bassets, the conversion of existing data and setting up the data entry screens normally takes three (3) to five (5) half hour to one hour phone calls and we can get a client operational in less than one week.
To aid the Technical Support Team, they will have the customer fax, or e-mail information such as their general ledger code structure, and their company structure, such as locations, division, departments, etc to give the Technical Support Team a better understanding of the customer’s business rules. |
